How to use this result
The calculator estimates the net square-pitch footprint of a vial batch and adds a layout allowance. Actual capacity depends on shelf dimensions, loading pattern, edge clearance and automatic-loading requirements.
What the calculation does not include
Product-specific heat and mass transfer, condenser peak rate, freezing time, cleaning, defrost, utilities, room conditions, validation and local compliance still require engineering review.
